Job Description
- Developing and executing the project-specific Quality Engineering Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.
- Developing and implementing quality control systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
- Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
- Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
- Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
- Handling tasks between Germany and Japan HQ.
- Discussing potential issues with Japan HQ and improve the site condition
- Alignment of quality operation of site staffs.
- Leading site management under provided time schedule
- Leading Alignment of entire project schedule
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Very good German and English skills (speaking, writing, and reading), minimum C1 level.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Ability to travel for business, including overnight stays.
Preferred
- Mandarin language proficiency.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft
