Job Description

Developing and executing the project-specific Quality Engineering Plan with scopes of work and work procedures.
Developing and implementing quality control systems.
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
Handling tasks between Germany and Japan HQ.
Discussing potential issues with Japan HQ and improve the site condition
Alignment of quality operation of site staffs.
Leading site management under provided time schedule
Leading Alignment of entire project schedule

Skills and Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
Very good German and English skills (speaking, writing, and reading), minimum C1 level.
Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to travel for business, including overnight stays.
