You'll make an impact by  

Owning complex workstreams end-to-end. You grasp unfamiliar problems quickly, structure them efficiently, and develop recommendations tailored to what the client actually needs.
Building AI into the answer, not next to it. Agentic systems, industrial copilots, and applied analytics are core to what clients ask us for. You judge where they create measurable value and where they don't, and you make that case to a skeptical board.
Keeping projects firmly on course. You build relationships with mid- to senior-level stakeholders, understand what drives them, and hold the line on priorities when the ground shifts mid-project. 
Seeing your work go live. Because implementation sits under the same roof, your recommendations move from slide to pilot to rollout, across our industry units.
Acting as a team role model. You mentor junior colleagues on analytical techniques, give feedback that helps them grow, and shape how we work rather than only what we deliver.
Shaping Siemens from within. Alongside client projects, you take on transformation topics inside Siemens, a perspective on industrial transformation you won't get from client work alone.

This is how you'll win us over

Consulting experience: 3-5 years in strategy consulting, with a proven track record of leading workstreams and managing client relationships independently. 
Academic Excellence: Strong Master's, Ph.D., or MBA with a quantitative or technical core, or from a top business school. 
AI in practice: AI is embedded in your daily work and problem-solving approach. You instinctively judge where technology creates real business value and where it doesn’t. Hands-on experience with agents, LLM applications, or data products is a big plus. 
Global Mindset: International exposure gained through studies, internships, or work experience abroad. 
Analytical skills: Ability to build defensible recommendations on incomplete data and explicitly state underlying assumptions. 
Empathetic Leadership: Demonstrated experience guiding junior colleagues and actively fostering their professional growth. 
Languages Proficiency: Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both required. Many of our client discussions happen in German, so English alone is not sufficient for this role.
