Your responsibilities:
- You will assist our team in developing and maintaining Recovery Plans as well as Restructuring & Wind-down Plans, ensuring full compliance with BRRD and CSDR regulations
- You will coordinate and gather essential information from key stakeholders across the organization
- You will prepare daily reports for Management Bodies
- You will contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the department
- You will support the planning and execution of Fire Drills to test operational readiness
- You will handle various administrative and organizational tasks to keep processes running smoothly
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics) at a recognized institution and have completed at least 2 years of studies. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree in the above-mentioned fields of study - in this case, an enrolment is not required
- You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills, demonstrating commitment, independence, motivation, and attention to detail
- You have advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- You are familiar with the current regulatory framework for CSDs and banks (e.g., BRRD)
- You show strong analytical skills combined with creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- You are fluent in written and spoken English; German is considered an asset
