Position Summary
The Associate Strategy Consultant supports the execution of strategic consulting projects for clients operating in the Biopharmaceutical, MedTech, and broader Life Sciences industries. The role involves conducting analyses, developing insights, preparing client deliverables, and contributing to project workstreams under the supervision of senior team members.
The Associate works collaboratively within international project teams and contributes to the development of strategic recommendations addressing complex business challenges across the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
The role requires full availability to travel internationally according to project needs, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct secondary research and structured analyses to support client engagements.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support the preparation of client presentations and other project deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and market assessments.
• Participate in internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of analyses and outputs.
• Support knowledge development and internal firm initiatives when required.
Required Profile
• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in management consulting.
• Solid academic performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and results orientation.
• Adaptability and willingness to work in dynamic international settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
