About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

About the Team
The Real Estate division at DWS offers access to a global platform that invests in all real estate segments. The range of services includes portfolio management of mutual funds, special funds, and closed-end funds, supported by Transactions, Asset Management, and various organizational units at over 15 locations on four continents. You will get to know the entire life cycle of a real estate investment - from purchase, through management, to sale - and discover that teamwork plays a very important role for us.
As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:
- Support the team in the holistic development and implementation of investment strategies for real estate funds. Gain insight into the specific requirements of various investors
- Assist the team in the buying and selling process of real estate, including participating in the due diligence process, conducting market, property, and competition analyses, and assisting in the preparation of purchase calculations and documents for senior management
- Participate in the strategic and operational real estate asset management of our fund properties. Gain a deeper understanding of the market environment and the value-enhancing positioning of properties with different uses
The Team is looking for:
- Fluent (C2) German Level and advanced English skills
- Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
- Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators
- Driven and committed graduates
- Team player with a curious mind
- Already graduated or on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2026 or 2027
- Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships)
