What is the Blue Book Traineeship programme?
This five-month paid traineeship offers:
- Hands-on experience in EU policymaking and administration
- Professional skills development
- Intercultural awareness and personal growth
Trainees work in a multicultural environment, develop professional skills, and gain insights into the operations of the European Commission, its executive agencies, decentralised agencies or bodies, Commissioners' Cabinets, and European External Action Service.
The European Commission proposes three types of traineeships: Administrative traineeship for university graduates (ADMIN UG), Administrative traineeship for Vocational Education and Training graduates (ADMIN VET) and Translation traineeship (TRA).
