About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.
As a P.A.C.E. participant you will:
- Work with diverse teams across departments and countries to support and enable the success of DWS
- Share your ideas, think creatively and help shape the world of asset management
- Take ownership, make decisions and grow through hands-on learning
- Become an integral part of the global P.A.C.E. community and DWS network
About the Team
The Client Coverage Division (CCD) represents DWS’ full investment offering, providing tailored asset management solutions based on clients’ individual risk, return and liquidity needs. CCD covers institutional, wholesale and private wealth clients, drawing on DWS’ active, passive, alternatives and solutions platforms.
CCD is structured across key client segments and specialist areas, including Institutional Coverage, Private Wealth, Alternatives Solutions and Xtrackers. Working closely with internal partners across DWS, the division combines strong client relationships, market insight and product expertise to deliver high-quality coverage and support long-term growth.
As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:
- Participate in client conference calls and meetings, contributing relevant insights and helping to maintain strong client engagement
- Support client segment-specific initiatives, including analytical tasks such as sensitivity analyses related to product pricing
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for client pitches and meetings with prospective and existing clients, including product and strategy decks supported by relevant business metrics such as AuM, revenue figures and growth forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across DWS to gather relevant information, coordinate updates and help develop solutions in response to client requests
The Team is looking for:
- Fluent German (C2) and advanced English language skills
- Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to understand financial markets
- Ease at analyzing complex data and drawing out meaningful insights
- Well-organized and structured approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail without losing track of the bigger picture
- Eligibility based on the eligibility criteria mentioned at the top of this post
