What you'll work on
Our roadmap moves fast; what you'll ship in your first month isn't on the board today. But a taste of what's live right now:
- AI agents: assistants that reason about inventory decisions
- Query optimisation: PostgreSQL at a scale where EXPLAIN ANALYZE is a daily read
- Real-time data at scale: SSE, Redis pub/sub, synchronisation of Kubernetes pods
- Frontend craft: virtualised data tables, faceted filters, charts

Who we're looking for
If you've shipped a side project, contributed to open source, spent a weekend hunting down a weird bug, optimised something nobody asked you to optimise, or obsessed over the details of a UI until it felt right, we want to talk to you.
You'll fit in here if you:
- Have solid software engineering fundamentals
- Can dig on your own, and know which questions are worth asking
- Care about the craft, not just closing the ticket
