Your area of work
The Market & Liquidity Analytics unit plays a central role in enabling Eurex's senior and sales management to navigate complex market environments and commercial priorities. We deliver high-impact business intelligence across asset classes, providing transparency on business performance, market developments, and liquidity dynamics. Our insights guide strategic initiatives such as the partnership program and help shape commercial strategy through targeted analysis. With deep business expertise and a strong data foundation, we own key data domains and drive cross-functional intelligence efforts. Through our work, we identify growth opportunities, monitor revenue trends, and contribute to enterprise-wide data initiatives - ensuring consistency, innovation, and informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

As an Intern - Business Analytics & Partnership Program (f/m/d), you will play a key supporting role in both the strategic and operational management of our Partnership Program, with a primary focus on Over-the-counter (OTC) Interest Rate Derivatives. This position is central to delivering high-impact analytics and reporting for our top clients and senior management. In addition to contributing to official reporting, you will help develop scalable Business Intelligence (BI) tools that support business, sales, and management teams.

Your responsibilities:
  • You will maintain and prepare official reporting elements for the Partnership Program, ensuring timely delivery of performance reports and analytical insights to external stakeholders
  • You will develop and enhance analytics for the Partnership Program and OTC (IRD) to support both internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and enabling strategic decision-making
  • You will contribute to the creation of scalable BI tools and Automations that streamline reporting and provide actionable insights for business, sales, and senior management
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all reporting and analytical outputs

Your profile:
  • You are enrolled and pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field at a state recognized university
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the Financial and Capital Markets area
  • You are highly reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership for critical business tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and structured working style
  • You are proactive, engaged individuals with strong communication skills and problem solving attitude
  • You have strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, experience with Power BI, Power Automate, VBA is a plus
  • You are proficient in written and spoken English. German would be a plus
