Description

We are a Y Combinator construction-tech start-up that makes the management and trade of construction machines digital. We are growing fast and we need you to support us in all aspects of sales, marketing and operations.

Responsibilities

From day one, you will be responsible to develop our business. This e.g. includes lead generation projects, the development and implementation of marketing measures, onboarding sessions or operations regarding successful deals. You will work closely with our founders and will gain deep insights into the development of a Y Combinator startup.

Required profile

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics or a comparable subject at a university or business school
  • Initial work experience in a dynamic environment such as consulting, investment banking, startup, etc. is an advantage
  • You have a passion for startups and digital solutions
  • You are proactive and open to new challenges and tasks from different subject areas
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented and have a hands-on mentality
  • You like to work independently and take responsibility
  • You are a team player
  • You speak English and German fluently, other languages (esp. French) are a plus
